Position
Full‑time Stylist at Kinn Studio – Flagship Store, Culver City.
About the role Kinn is a fine jewelry brand that crafts modern heirlooms from solid 14k gold. As a Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service, build long‑term client relationships, and drive sales while maintaining the store’s visual presentation.
Responsibilities
Exceed customer expectations through outstanding service experiences.
Assist customers with style selections based on preferences, using product knowledge of the collection’s vision and quality.
Build and maintain a client book, generating appointments and driving sales through consistent outreach and follow‑up.
Proactively reach out to clients based on preferences and past purchases.
Achieve and exceed sales and metric goals.
Use product knowledge and trends to provide relevant styling suggestions.
Actively engage with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
Maintain knowledge of store key performance metrics and work toward targets.
Collaborate with management on action plans and sales strategies.
Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring VM standards are met.
Assist in floor sets and replenish merchandise as needed.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Collaborate with management on operational tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous retail experience, preferably with fashion luxury/contemporary brand.
Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, Word).
Organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Positive, high‑energy, entrepreneurial spirit.
Team player who is inspired by success.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
