Overview The Product Information Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, organization and presentation of product data across our digital and internal systems. Acting as a bridge between creative and operational teams, this role will be responsible for centralizing and maintaining complete product information, from specifications to logistics, supporting seamless product launches and client experiences. It’s an ideal position for someone who thrives on detail, technology and precision, and who takes pride in shaping how products come to life through data integrity and digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

Centralize Product Data: build and maintain a unified product information structure encompassing all details for each product, including names, SKUs, prices, content, dimensions, lead times, origin, stock status, care instructions, images etc.

Cross-Department Data Flow: serve as the data hub connecting creative development, operations, marketings, showroom teams and e-commerce

Launch Management: partner with product leads in each category to coordinate all product launch data, ensuring that specifications, buying cards and price lists are complete and consistent across departments

Digital Enablement: prepare product data for our website, Shopify, digital tools and internal ERP systems

Sampling & Labeling Coordination: ensure accuracy of information across sample manufacturing, distribution and labeling

Marketing & Sales Support: provide organized data sets for marketing team, showroom presentations and client-facing documents

Process Improvement: work with both creative and operational leadership to refine standards, templates and workflow for product data management

Data Quality Control: audit, clean and update product data regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance across all departments and platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Product Design Management or related field

3+ years of experience in product information management, merchandising systems or digital content coordination (luxury product or design industry experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and comfort in working with large data sets

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally between creative and technical teams

Willing to occasionally travel to MD and CT facilities

Excellent Excel skills and strong literacy with Microsoft 365 Suite, Airtable or other ERP platforms
