Training Coordination Specialist

– You are responsible for training coordination; answer phone calls, e-mails and talk to customers (face to face). You will work closely with both the government staff and the contract team to schedule classes and reserve training space. Responsibilities

Meet and greet Customers, position is in the front office and is the first appearance to new and returning customers. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a professional attitude towards colleagues while maintaining a professional appearance. Must know how to work proficiently in Microsoft Office applications. Responsible to submit Weekly, Monthly & Annual usage reports on the behalf of the Contract. Must be able to work in an office setting. Must be able to lift up-to seven pounds (recommended). Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance. Must be able to perform a variety of clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, data entry, receiving UPS, FEDEX packages and distributing e-mail. Collects, sorts, and distributes incoming packages, and posts outgoing mail. Position works closely with Government Leadership and Contract Oversight. Familiar with military procedures and protocol (recommended). Participates in special projects as required. What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education:

High Scholl Diploma/ GED. Experience:

Three (3) years of military experience (Preferred). 1year as a Training Coordinator or General Clerk. Security Clearance

: Must have an Interim Secret to start and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance. Required Skills

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
