Strategic Resources, Inc. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army’s Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, civilians and their families.
Overview Ready and Resilient Performance Centers (R2PC’s) provide instruction in the areas of resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 R2PCs within the United States and overseas. The Training/Operations Analyst supports program operations and training coordination.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and process supply/equipment requisitioning and facilitate inventory management.
Coordinate and review travel authorizations and expense report processing.
Monitor training utilization for scheduled and ad hoc courses and events that are conducted at R2PCs.
Provide comprehensive analysis, assessments, and development of measurable outcomes in support of training and education programs.
Coordinate scheduling, prepare facility status reports, and manage resources in an effective and cost‑efficient manner.
Develop and coordinate an institutional effectiveness (IE) feedback loop, with inference regarding analysis, assessments, and measurable outcomes.
Review surveys and ensure trends are briefed for corrective action and quality control.
Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.
Perform other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.
Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in training and development, human resources, education, business, instructional design, or a related field
At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
Experience designing surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey, Qualtrics or similar programs.
Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
Organized and experienced multi‑tasker.
Military Veterans and Spouses are encouraged to apply.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
