SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army’s Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, civilians and their families.
Overview Ready and Resilient Performance Centers (R2PCs) provide instruction in resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and DoD personnel, families, and civilians at 35 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and overseas. The Graphic Designer develops and produces visual and multimedia products used across the training and education programs.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and produce visual and multimedia products used across training and education programs.
Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.
Coordinate and confer with the Government to determine layout design.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Develop graphics and layouts for products, illustrations, and logos for prints and web media.
Develop high quality graphic products that support the learning and organization objectives.
Support the production of briefs, articles, information products, and material communicated to Army and external stakeholders.
Perform other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.
Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
At least five years’ experience in commercial product design.
At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
Must have knowledge and experience with multi-media animation, motion graphics and be proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite of applications.
Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
Organized and experienced multi-tasker.

Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
