Role Purpose At Mejuri, our Stylists are the first point of contact for our customers and first impressions are everything. You will create a warm and inviting experience that feels like shopping with your best friend. As a stylist, you stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, educate customers on our products, and inspire them to try new things. You are a role model of Mejuri’s brand vision and values with every customer you meet and with your team. Availability Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available for at least one weekday or weeknight Must be available to work during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day What You’ll Do Deliver best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge Drive the business by meeting sales and performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion rate, and revenue to target Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on all products, launches, and services Work on a motivated, collaborative team aligned with our corporate mission Champion Mejuri’s core values: Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, and Drive Results Assist in transacting customers accurately and diligently Support in executing all OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, and online purchases/returns Maintain store appearance and inventory through daily upkeep of visual displays and monthly inventory counts Identify opportunities to improve store operations and propose solutions What You’ll Bring Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way that encourages repeat visits Strong verbal communication, active listening, and teamwork Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to style for customers Critical thinking to deliver in-the-moment solutions for customer and business needs Ability to meet and exceed KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT Attention to customer feedback and trends; share insights with management Excellent attention to detail, organized work style, and initiative Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods History of contributing to a positive team environment Compensation Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency. This role currently has a base pay of $19-$20 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
