At Mejuri, our Stylists are the first point of contact for customers and first impressions are everything. You will create a warm and inviting experience that feels like shopping with a best friend. You are up-to-date on current fashion trends, can educate customers on our products, and inspire them to try new things. You are a role model of Mejuri’s brand vision and values with your team and every customer you meet. Availability
Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available for at least one weekday or weeknight Must be available to work during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day What You'll Do
Deliver best-in-class customer service through curated styling experiences and thorough product knowledge Drive the business by meeting sales performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion, and revenue to target Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on all products, launches, and specialized services Work on a team of motivated, collaborative people aligned with our corporate mission Champion Mejuri’s core values daily: Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, and Drive Results Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy Support in executing OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, and online transactions Maintain store appearance and inventory through daily upkeep of visual displays and participate in monthly counts Identify opportunities within store operations and suggest potential solutions What You'll Bring
Ability to connect with customers in an authentic, warm way that encourages return visits Strong verbal communication and active listening to meet customer needs and work as a team Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to suggest and style for customers Critical thinking and in-the-moment problem solving to deliver on customer and business needs Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT Attention to customer feedback, trends, and sharing insights with management Great attention to detail, organized work style, and initiative Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods History of contributing to a positive team environment Accommodation / Accessibility
