Base pay range $60,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Reporting into the Director of Operations, the
Hospitality Manager
will help oversee a multi‑faced high‑volume full‑service restaurant/venue with a game component. The role involves managing hourly team members while partnering closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Operations to achieve venue goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
oversee 1‑2 areas of venue operations; uphold company policies; operate computer systems; manage expenses; ensure side work assigned; collaborate kitchen and front‑of‑house.
Team Development and Management:
participate in hiring, training, schedule creation; conduct pre‑shift meetings; coach and provide feedback.
Guest Experience:
manage guest service issues; champion brand, ensure consistent experience.
Compliance and Safety:
maintain safe environment, food safety, safety protocols.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full‑service restaurant; experience within a high‑volume food & beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venue.
Results driven; ability to lead/coach team to achieve business objectives/goals.
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams.
Demonstrates financial acumen, strong understanding of restaurant operations.
Tech savvy and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This position must pass a post‑offer background check.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Preferred certifications including ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements.
Hospitality Degree a plus.
