The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their insurance needs, offering appropriate insurance solutions, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, conducting sales processes, and participating in ongoing training sessions to maintain a high level of product knowledge. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in sales management activities to help achieve overall agency goals.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and competency in Sales Management
Experience in Training is a plus
Ability to work on‑site in Gulfport, MS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships and maintain a client‑focused approach
