What You’ll Be Doing You will introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high‑tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs. You’ll interact with customers in the retail store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting to demonstrate the value of our products and services and generate new business.

Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.

Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.

Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers.

Perform outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.

Service the needs of the existing customer base.

Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline and book of business.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.

Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

A degree — Associate’s or Bachelor’s, or related certifications/college courses.

Outside sales experience, including outbound prospecting.

Wireless sales experience exceeding quota.

Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.

Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.

People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and the demonstrated ability to build trust and act as an influencer at all levels.

Hybrid Role In this account manager retail SMB hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes working in‑store at least five days per week. The role also allows a minimum of three days per week in the office, with the remainder of the week worked from home.
