Introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs. Interact with SMB customers in the retail store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. Demonstrate the value of products and services by presenting end-to-end technology solutions. Drive small business results by prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals. Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives. Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining SMB accounts. Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers. Engage in outbound sales prospecting and customer visits; service the needs of the existing customer base. Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business. What we’re looking for

You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience (sales, marketing or customer service) demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Even better if you have: Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications/college courses. Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. Experience influencing a team to drive sales results and the ability to drive positive results in a team environment. People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trust and act as an influencer at all levels.
