Position Summary The Sales Representative is a key member of APB's booking team. Their primary responsibility is to generate new coaching opportunities by proactively engaging marketing‑qualified leads, qualifying their suitability and scheduling high‑quality appointments for our Closers. This role blends disciplined outbound activity with consultative questioning and requires unwavering commitment to data hygiene and continuous improvement. High performers have a clear pathway into a Closing role.

Responsibilities & Duties

Make high‑volume outbound calls to assigned leads daily.

Qualify prospects against defined criteria and accurately frame their challenges.

Schedule Discovery Sessions in Closers' calendars, ensuring efficient routing and handover.

Conduct multichannel follow‑up (calls, email, SMS) to maximize show rates.

Attend daily sales huddles and weekly team meetings.

Maintain impeccable CRM notes, stages, and tasks in HubSpot within the same business day.

Proactively re‑engage dormant leads and update lead statuses.

Participate in ongoing training and role‑play sessions.

Respond professionally to all inquiries within one working day.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years in outbound calling, inside sales, or telemarketing with proven appointment‑setting results.

Clear, confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Meticulous note‑taking and CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred).

Organizational skills to manage multiple calendars and follow‑up sequences.

High EQ and active listening abilities.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.

Tech‑savvy: CRM, call dealers, Zoom, and messaging tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum 100 dials per day average.

Minimum 12 qualified Discovery Calls booked per week.

Show‑up rate 70% on booked appointments.

Conversion of booked to sales‑qualified leads 25%.

Daily CRM hygiene (zero un‑tagged contacts at day end).

Inbox management: maintain an organized email and task queue.

Preparedness: evidence of research and call planning.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

Earning Potential

Base: $60k–$77k + Super OTE ($48,000 Base + Commissions)

Commission Structure

Value per point: $50

0.5 point for a qualified show for a discovery session

1 point for a new sale from that show
