Senior Sales Representative - Pelvic Health – Houston, TX. This field-based role requires residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential. The position may include travel outside the territory and involves developing referral networks and managing account/implanter relationships for assigned territory. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. This is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, with the candidate required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. Selling InterStim devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff Partnering with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice through: Providing product and therapy technical support and service Consultation of strategic management and analysis of trends Utilization of Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development and growth Other activities as they arise, as assigned by the sales leadership Qualifications

Must have: 5+ years of medical sales experience with Bachelor’s Degree Nice to Have: Solid knowledge of the reimbursement climate Experience calling on physicians in Neurology, Urology, Colo-Rectal Surgeons or related referral accounts Experience in developing new, innovative markets Experience in making multiple referral calls on a daily basis Familiarity with the operating room Business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis; preferred knowledge of managed care Experience with physiology/clinical therapies Experience with implantable devices Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills Team oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills Understanding of quality policy/system items applicable to role Additional Job Requirements

Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings Physical & Work Requirements

Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The base salary represents approximately 45% of total target compensation; incentive payout varies by products sold, procedures, and territory performance.
