Work Location This position is open to candidates based near our office locations in Bend, OR; El Paso, TX; Plano, TX; Cortez, CO; Marlborough, MA; Boston, MA; Olive Branch, MS; Arlington, TN; Edgewater, NJ; Morristown, NJ; New York, NY. If you live near one of these offices, you’ll have the option to work either hybrid (onsite three days per week) or fully remote. Candidates located outside these areas may work fully remote. All employees must be willing to work Eastern or Central time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of the Form 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other SEC filings.

Support all external financial reporting including SEC filings, proxy statements, 8-Ks, Form 3s, Form 4s, earnings releases, and investor presentations.

Assist in the electronic filing of such documents through the Workiva filing platform.

Assist with preparing footnote disclosures, earnings release financial tables, non‑GAAP reconciliations, and investor presentations.

Prepare initial drafts of ad‑hoc SEC filings such as 8-Ks.

Calculate diluted earnings per share and weighted average shares outstanding.

Assist in preparing beneficial ownership filings (Form 3s and Form 4s) for recurring SEC submissions.

Coordinate and update SEC filing drafts throughout the review process based on input and commentary from the external disclosure team.

Automate processes and internal procedures to compile and analyze data for SEC reporting using Hyperion reporting functionalities.

Assist with quarterly and year‑end audits with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Act as a Workiva Financial Reporting System specialist for the department.

Provide accounting and policy counsel on global transactions and events for the EFR team.

Participate in special and recurring technical accounting projects as needed.

Research accounting and disclosure topics using tools such as EY Atlas and prepare internal memorandums on evolving financial reporting issues.

Assist in maintaining and continuously improving financial reporting policies, processes, and controls.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.

5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

Knowledge of US GAAP.

Public accounting experience or SEC reporting experience within a publicly traded company.

Technical accounting research experience.

Experience or exposure to Workiva.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

CPA license or a definite plan to obtain one within a 3‑ to 5‑year horizon.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Consumer product/retail sector experience.

Experience or exposure to Workiva and XBRL.

Compensation The standard base pay range for this role is $95,625 – $130,000 annually. The range is specific to Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Colorado and may not apply to other locations.
