Contract (6‑12 month contract)
Baltimore, Maryland (on‑site)
$20.00/hr – $23.00/hr
PTO, 401K retirement savings, healthcare coverage, supplemental coverage
Recent Grads Preferred (May 2024‑August 2025)
Responsibilities
Execute daily operational tasks, including client onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with client service level agreements.
Investigate and resolve operational issues in a fast‑paced, high‑risk environment, maintaining a strong focus on risk mitigation and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships at the middle and back office level by providing high‑quality service, clear communication, and effective issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Trading, Trade Support, and Settlement, to support seamless trade execution and operational workflows.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert by contributing to process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving operational efficiency across the team.
Qualifications
College degree in finance or related field
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Strong multitasking and client relationship‑building skills
