We seek an Account Executive to support one of our largest enterprise technology clients, driving impactful communications for a world‑leading AI business.
Responsibilities
Monitor & flag coverage across client, competitor and industry news; develop media coverage reports and flag major media moves across the industry.
Conduct background research, compile and analyze media or competitor coverage.
Provide client service and cross‑team support by attending meetings, preparing agendas and recaps, taking detailed notes, handling scheduling and logistics, and preparing client status and activity reports.
Develop briefing materials, including schedules, messaging and reporter background, to support media interviews for corporate tech executives/spokespeople.
Research, outline, write, edit and proofread press materials (press releases, media pitches, interview briefs, fact sheets, contributed articles, client correspondence and other materials).
Demonstrate understanding of research techniques, including analysis of media coverage and online conversation, and identification and categorization of stakeholders.
Engage with media, develop relationships with reporters and influencers on behalf of the client.
Participate in team‑wide and client‑facing brainstorms related to announcements, media strategy, pitch ideas, messaging and more.
Understand key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services and competitors.
Proactively identify opportunities to showcase client thought leadership through awards, speaking engagements, contributed content and media placements.
Monitor emerging technology trends (e.g., AI agents, data privacy, digital transformation) and advise clients on media opportunities and narrative pivots.

Basic Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing and/or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated interest and understanding of the enterprise technology and AI industry and basic principles of integrated communications marketing.
Experience in Communications, Marketing, Consulting, Media or Publishing, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing.
Curiosity about technology, news and people.
Team player – collaborative and participatory with a diverse cross‑section of stakeholders and clients.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of tech industry landscape and top tech journalists, outlets, influencers.
Ability to use social media platforms for story mining and industry trend spotting.

Strong work ethic, follow‑through, and desire to provide high quality work to clients and teams.
Pragmatic attitude with problem‑solving capabilities, with confidence to proactively share ideas.

Compensation & Benefits $55,000 – $68,000 per year. Salary determined by education, qualifications, experience and other factors. Additional rewards include annual bonuses, paid time off and region‑specific benefits.
