Responsibilities
Lead the inside sales team and achieve department goals. Coordinate with customers, all departments, sheet mill group, and the Nucor Enterprise. Support growth and development of the Nucor Arkansas team with a focus on safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability. Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum qualifications
Supervisory and leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the metals industry. Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in a sheet mill or related manufacturing environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions. Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements and procedural changes. Demonstrated success as a developer of talent, with the ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams.
