About the Company Our client is a custom metal fabrication and machining company based in Nebraska. They have grown into a precision‑focused manufacturer serving industrial clients across the U.S. Their services include
CNC Machining
Metal Fabrication
Welding and Laser Welding
3D laser scanning
5‑axis machining
They have been very successful and profitable since inception. They are currently in 9 states and looking to be in all 50!
Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
80/20 account management and new business development.
Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Profile A successful Sales Manager - CNC/Fabrication Services should have:
Proven track record in sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Experience selling custom parts, components, or solutions into food manufacturing - REQUIRED
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
High level of self‑motivation and goal orientation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
