What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Responsibilities
Implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer
Conduct pre and post-event analysis to evaluate promotional outcomes and optimize future opportunities
Lead execution of category assessments and monitor deduction balances
Develop accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies
Cultivate productive relationships with key decision-makers within the customer\'s organization
Qualifications
Minimum education required: Bachelor\'s degree
5+ years of relevant experience in the CPG industry
Strong understanding of P&L management
Ability to negotiate and conduct meetings at high levels
Proficient in utilizing syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Category and brand knowledge preferred
Knowledge of supply chain operations preferred
Experience in managing trade funding and customer marketing programs
