We specialize in developing strategic outreach programs and site partnerships that drive enrollment success across therapeutic areas.
Position Summary The Account Manager will own the day‑to‑day management of assigned sponsor and CRO accounts, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project delivery. This person will lead communications, oversee campaign timelines, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and on‑time recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with sponsor and CRO partners, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and regulatory requirements.
Lead regular client meetings and provide progress updates, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value or expand partnerships.
Oversee multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Site Management, Operations, Data) to coordinate all campaign milestones.
Monitor project health, flag risks early, and coordinate solutions to keep timelines on track.
Maintain clear documentation of deliverables, approvals, and communications across all assigned accounts.
Review campaign performance metrics and interpret data to inform client conversations.
Prepare and deliver regular reports highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Partner with the Data & Analytics team to translate performance results into actionable next steps.
Participate in client planning sessions to identify upcoming pipeline opportunities and forecast resource needs.
Collaborate with Business Development to support proposal development, renewals, and expansions.
Contribute insights to improve internal processes and enhance client satisfaction across accounts.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, preferably in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp).
Comfort with interpreting data and performance reports to drive client discussions.
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
Experience working in startup environments, ability to thrive on a small team.
