Responsibilities
Help customers finish their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan.
Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and by sharing your expertise.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Demonstrate how our coverage stacks up, why plans allow unlimited connectivity, and how we are redefining wireless in device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships where we are all accountable for the company’s success.
Be willing to have a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
Leadership and competitive drive.
Confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Willingness to lead a team and provide resolutions to customer issues.
Effective with operational, financial, and performance management.
Amazing communication skills with team and customers.
Prior wireless sales experience.

Be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Reliable transportation.
Full‑time (40 hours) commitment.
