Position Overview Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead a field technical support team responsible for specific sites across a local geographic region. Reporting to the Regional Service Delivery Manager, this role will work closely with site business partners and leadership to ensure DT support aligns seamlessly with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Leads and supports the local IT infrastructure teams to align with business needs and achieve service delivery goals.

Serves as the primary liaison with the Business Unit (BU) Site Leader for IT support services and local escalations.

Monitors and analyzes site data metrics and KPIs to proactively address current and future issues.

Acts as the site’s technical SME, supporting ticket escalations, training, and onboarding of new technicians in coordination with our managed service provider.

Coordinates and executes projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to established SLA goals and standardized processes.

Meets regularly with the Regional Manager, BU Site Leader, and local technicians to review site performance and optimize support services, across assigned site(s) and/or region.

Collaborates with other Enterprise Support Leads (ESLs) and BU Site Leaders across the enterprise to share knowledge and best practices.

Identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives, including self‑healing, self‑service, and automation solutions.

Ensures IT services are fully operational and available, being on‑call as needed in support of urgent outages or critical issues.

Qualifications You Must Have

3‑5 years’ experience with a broad end user services background within infrastructure technologies focused on desktop technologies including hardware and software.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

Knowledge of and experience in a broader infrastructure technology skillset beyond desktop, including servers and networks.

Demonstrated experience in a service‑focused technical environment.

Demonstrated strong customer service skills and people leadership skills.

ITIL Foundations, A+, MCSE, Net+, PMP or other technical and professional certifications.

Experience managing and coordinating/partnering across a managed service.

Experience in supporting office and manufacturing shop floor environments.

Work Location This is an onsite role. Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Grand Prairie, TX U.S.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD – 164,000 USD.
