Enterprise Support Lead ONSITE (Georgia)
RTX – Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team.

What You Will Do
Lead and support local IT infrastructure teams to align with business needs and meet service delivery goals.
Serve as primary liaison with Business Unit Site Leader for IT support services and local escalations.
Monitor and analyze site data metrics and KPIs to proactively address current and future issues.
Act as the site’s technical SME, supporting ticket escalations, training and onboarding of new technicians.
Coordinate and execute projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to SLA goals and standardized processes.
Meet regularly with Regional Manager, BU Site Leader, and local technicians to review performance and optimize support services.
Collaborate with other Enterprise Support Leads and BU Site Leaders to share knowledge and best practices.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including self‑healing, self‑service and automation solutions.
Ensure IT services are fully operational and available, being on‑call for urgent outages or critical issues.
Qualifications You Must Have
3‑5 years’ experience with a broad end‑user services background within infrastructure technologies focused on desktop technologies including hardware and software.
U.S. citizenship (required).
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with broader infrastructure technologies beyond desktop, including servers and networks.
Demonstrated experience in a service‑focused technical environment.
Strong customer service and people‑leadership skills.
ITIL Foundations, A+, MCSE, Net+, PMP or other relevant certifications.
Experience managing and coordinating with a managed service provider.
Experience supporting office and manufacturing shop floor environments.
Work Location Onsite role. Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Columbus/Midland, Georgia.
