Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, office administration, and sales support. The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist with order processing, manage customer inquiries, estimating, customer service and support the sales team. If you have a passion for customer service, administrative work, and sales, this role might be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales calls/emails with existing and potential new customers.
Provide accurate product quotes and ensure timely order submissions.
Verify all orders for accuracy and confirm that customer delivery expectations are met.
Maintain a project log and follow up on customer accounts as needed.
Communicate with the District Manager regarding customer accounts, pricing, project updates, and competitor information.
Qualifications
Prior experience in inside sales or customer service within the manufacturing or construction industries is preferred.
Familiarity with reading metal building drawings, architectural blueprints, and other specifications is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
