Starbridge
Executive Assistant to the CEO – Starbridge
Starbridge is growing at breakneck speed — from 0 to nearly 200 enterprise customers in just six months. We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to our CEO who can bring focus, structure, and calm to the energy of rapid growth.
You’ll be the trusted partner who keeps the CEO operating at peak performance — staying two steps ahead, turning chaos into clarity, and ensuring priorities move forward without friction. This role blends sharp operational judgment with warmth and discretion; it’s for someone who thrives on being indispensable in a fast‑moving environment.
This is not a traditional administrative job. You’ll serve as the CEO’s right hand and a key connective tissue across the company — ensuring communication flows, initiatives stay on track, and the day‑to‑day runs with precision.
Responsibilities & Impact
Be the CEO’s right hand: Anticipate needs, manage time strategically, and create leverage through exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow‑through.
Own complex calendars with precision: Balance shifting priorities, coordinate across multiple time zones, and ensure every meeting has clear context and preparation.
Serve as the central point of communication: Represent the CEO with professionalism and clarity in all interactions — both internal and external.
Master travel logistics: Craft seamless itineraries that handle every detail — from flights and lodging to on‑ground coordination and backup plans.
Build and maintain order: Develop lightweight systems to track action items, meeting notes, and cross‑functional priorities so nothing is overlooked.
Drive special initiatives: Take ownership of one‑off projects — operational, cultural, or strategic — and see them through to completion.
Support personal and ad hoc needs: Handle select personal logistics and administrative tasks that allow the CEO to focus on scaling the business.
Enable great experiences: Help plan team events, leadership off‑sites, and key company moments with care and excellence.
What You Bring Must Have
5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment (startup or tech strongly preferred).
Deep pride in being an Executive Assistant — you view the role as mission‑critical, not support.
Exceptional organizational instincts; you naturally bring order to moving parts.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining composed and proactive.
Fluency with modern productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Superhuman, Airtable, etc.).
Comfort working 5 days in‑office in NYC — you thrive on proximity, context, and real‑time collaboration.
Nice to Have
Experience in venture‑backed SaaS or high‑growth tech.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
Background in operations, project management, or chief‑of‑staff responsibilities.
