Business Analyst II
and help shape the future of our operational and financial systems. As a
Business Analyst II , you’ll be the vital link between business objectives and technology solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, manage Agile project artifacts, support system implementations, and drive process improvements. This is a hands-on role where your analytical mindset and communication skills will directly impact the success of key initiatives. What You’ll Do
Requirements & Documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements Maintain documentation in tools like Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint Agile Project Management
Create and manage JIRA artifacts (Epics, Stories, Tasks, Bugs) Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning Refine backlog items to reflect evolving priorities Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams Support QA teams in defect resolution and testing Troubleshoot and escalate user-reported issues Project Execution
Manage small to mid-sized projects from design to post-implementation Analyze workflows and propose process improvements Maintain project timelines using Jira and Advanced Roadmaps System & Application Support
Provide functional support for business applications Identify trends in user issues and recommend solutions Serve as technical and functional lead for designated systems Training & Documentation
Create user guides and training materials Maintain system documentation and business rules Governance & Compliance
Track time and ensure adherence to project governance standards What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role Industry experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Financial Services Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite Experience with systems like Salesforce, Sureify, iPipeline, Calcfocus, or Mulesoft (preferred) Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to create training materials and deliver user training Why Join Us?
