What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead secure design, development, and assessment of AI and GenAI systems across the organization Conduct threat modeling and security reviews of AI use cases Drive secure coding standards and practices tailored to AI systems Collaborate with AI/ML, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure teams to embed security in the AI development lifecycle Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of security-minded AI innovation What is Required (Qualifications):
5-8+ years of experience in application security or software security engineering Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript with experience securing APIs and cloud-native applications Experience securing AI/ML workloads and understanding secure software design principles Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related AI/ML services Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) or relevant certifications in a related field Experience with threat modeling and user experience (UX) design Familiarity with industry best practices and open-source security tools in AI Previous experience managing security incident investigations involving AI systems We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
