Lead the design and development of agentic workflows that leverage AI and autonomous agents for complex business processes Architect and implement frameworks for orchestrating planning, tool use, and collaboration across systems Collaborate with product managers, UX engineers, and domain experts to create human-centered workflows Mentor engineering teams on agentic workflow design patterns and best practices Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and optimization opportunities in existing processes What is Required (Qualifications)
8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on workflow automation or 6 years with a Master's degree or 3 years with a PhD Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-powered workflows or AI agents in production environments Strong expertise in Java, Python, and REST API, alongside solid computer science fundamentals Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native deployment for AI-driven services Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex workflows and distributed systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands-on experience with UI/UX engineering in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular) Familiarity with responsible AI principles and monitoring tools for AI workflows Experience with observability tools and ServiceNow platform development Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue Understanding of software quality principles, including reliability and observability We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
