Paid Social Manager
Join Deel’s Paid Ads team and help scale our global growth by running high‑performing paid social campaigns across key platforms. In this role, you’ll manage day‑to‑day execution, testing, and optimization to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition while ensuring campaigns stay efficient and effective across all regions, products, and channels. You’ll work closely with the Paid Social Team Lead and cross‑functional teams to maintain healthy performance and support continuous global growth.
Responsibilities
Strategize and help execute Paid Social campaigns globally for Deel on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms, covering awareness/branding, consideration, traffic/download, and acquisition objectives.
Collaborate with the Team Lead, other regional paid‑ads managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to continually improve Paid Social performance.
Ensure campaigns are tailored to local market languages, nuances, and best practices.
Perform daily platform management, optimization, and monitoring to identify trends and implement actions to hit growth KPIs.
Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding, ad creative, budgets, and other variables for continuous growth, scale, and expansion.
Own the testing structures and work with Copywriting and Design teams to build and iterate on new ads and A/B tests.
Report on learnings and strategic insights to stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are built and optimized for success.
Maintain direct relationships with Paid Social vendors.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years managing Paid Social accounts end‑to‑end for a B2B brand, ideally in‑house.
Expert operational knowledge of Paid Social platforms including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads with performance‑based goals (CPL, SQO, pipeline, ROAS, etc.).
Data‑driven mindset with experience setting up dashboards and using analytics tools to track performance.
Proven track record in reporting, optimization, and A/B testing.
Strong relationship‑building skills, collaborating with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Managed Paid Social in‑house for an HR or FinTech B2B SaaS company.
Worked on localization of ads, country‑specific targeting/goals, and multilingual campaigns.
Familiar with attribution, data, and audience enrichment tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker, Clearbit).
Worked at a very fast‑growing startup or scale‑up.
Previously succeeded in a remote & distributed team.
Fluency in other languages besides English.
