Responsibilities
Help manage demand generation/sponsorship efforts outside of Paid Social and Paid Search channels, including sponsorships, advertorials, content syndication, and more.
Manage campaign budgeting, analyze past programs, and report on performance KPIs.
Reporting across buys and proactive communication with regional teams and other cross‑functional leaders to ensure visibility on all programs.
Establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management, growth, and reporting; serve as an expert on the ins‑and‑outs of sponsorship operational excellence at Deel.
Work with local marketing managers to identify key regional trends and local websites that we may partner with, in addition to global partners.
Educate the paid ads team, larger Growth team, and other regional managers on latest trends and clear insights on performance and new areas to focus on, to provide new knowledge ideas to facilitate growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in similar paid channel ownership roles (B2B/SaaS experience preferable).
High knowledge of different buys (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) with performance‑based goals (CPSQO, ROAS, etc.) and demand‑gen publishers and operations.
Proven agility, flexibility, and autonomy in working on projects from conception to completion with different stakeholders.
Creative, analytical, and able to test, implement, and measure while coming up with new ideas on a regular basis.
Data‑driven and comfortable setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track performance of initiatives.
Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
Self‑motivated, comfortable with a fast‑paced environment, and adaptable to changing org structures.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
