This role is for a strategic, data-driven commercial marketer who can forecast the future, model performance, and influence decisions through analysis and storytelling. T-Mobile Fiber is seeking a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to lead Quarterly Growth Planning (QGP) and Channel Performance Management. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

What You’ll Do

Own the Quarter:

Lead

Quarterly Growth Planning

and

in-quarter steering , forecast business outcomes, and align strategy to deliver subscriber and revenue goals across all markets and channels.

Model the Future:

Build and evolve

performance models, pacing frameworks, and ROI forecasts

to guide decision-making and optimize sales conversion.

Drive Commercial Performance:

Translate insights into commercial strategies focused on ARPU, revenue, and customer acquisition; continuously analyze results and recommend rapid course corrections.

Lead with Data and Storytelling:

Turn complex data into clear narratives; develop dashboards, forecast reviews, and QGP presentations for senior leaders.

Connect the Dots Across Teams:

Collaborate with Fiber Ops, FP&A, GTM, Digital, and Channel partners to forecast performance, manage pacing, and implement growth initiatives.

Learn Fast, Adapt Faster:

Operate in a dynamic environment with curiosity and agility; refine approaches to improve performance.

Build Tools for Growth:

Develop analytical tools, scorecards, and post-mortem analyses to create a feedback loop between strategy and execution.

What You Bring

Experience:

8+ years in commercial, growth, or performance marketing—preferably in telecom, software/hardware, digital services, or consumer industries.

Forecasting & Modeling Expertise:

Proven ability to build and interpret forecasts, models, and performance frameworks to drive outcomes.

Strategic Insight:

Ability to turn market and financial data into actionable strategies that improve revenue and growth.

Curiosity & Learning Agility:

Quick to learn complex systems and uncover insights that drive decisions.

Executive Communication:

Strong presentation skills; distill analytics into clear narratives for senior audiences.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Ability to influence across teams with strategic thinking and executional precision.

Resilience & Adaptability:

Thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity to deliver impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Deep understanding of telecom, digital services, or subscription-based business models

Experience leading quarterly business planning and performance management in dynamic markets

Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
