XNRGY is seeking a qualified Communications and Learning Specialist to join its team located in Mesa, AZ.
Role Overview The Communications & Learning Specialist plays a pivotal role in the success of the Business Transformation program by ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the organization. You will translate complex system, process, and role changes into simple, compelling messages that drive understanding, engagement, and adoption. Beyond coordination, this role involves designing scalable, innovative learning experiences that empower employees and enable operational excellence across value streams. Acting as both a communicator and senior learning designer, you ensure that employees not only understand what’s changing but are equipped and inspired to thrive in new ways of working.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging internal communications (newsletters, leadership messages, intranet posts, FAQs) that connect employees to the transformation journey.
Translate technical, process, and organizational changes into clear, relatable, and actionable messages.
Manage the transformation communication calendar to ensure consistent, timely updates aligned with major releases and milestones.
Partner with Change Management, Process, and Value Stream teams to synchronize messaging.
Learning Design & Enablement
Design and deliver scalable, innovative learning experiences that build knowledge and confidence in new tools, systems, and ways of working.
Develop blended training materials—videos, playbooks, e-learning, and infographics—tailored to different audiences and levels of expertise.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, high-impact learning journeys.
Measure learning effectiveness through participation data, adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Training Coordination & Delivery
Plan and coordinate training logistics: schedules, invitations, delivery modes, and post-training follow-ups.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to ensure accurate, relevant, and engaging content delivery.
Maintain a central library of training materials and resources to support long-term accessibility and reinforcement.
Candidate Profile We are seeking a creative, structured, and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of communication, learning design, and transformation. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, learning design, or organizational development.
Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
Experience with ERP or large-scale system/process transformations is an asset.
Proficiency in communication and learning tools (SharePoint, Teams, Canva, Articulate, or equivalent).
Structured, curious, and motivated to drive clarity, capability, and engagement during change.
