at our Moline, IL location. This year‑round program is designed for full‑time students who can work 16‑20 hours per week during the academic year and 20‑40 hours during the summer.
Responsibilities
Provide support for new product launches, ensuring readiness as products approach market release.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing colleagues, and regional sales teams to align strategies and execution.
Facilitate cross‑functional coordination to drive successful go‑to‑market efforts and product adoption.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Currently registered as a full‑time student at a local accredited university (e.g., Hawkeye, UNI, Wartburg).
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field; others may apply.
Graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong communication, organization, presentation, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
Ability to work independently and meet defined deadlines.

Compensation $15 – $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
