Parking Ambassador - Dollywood Theme Park - Part Time Seasonal At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this every day across all properties located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. We are seeking a Parking Ambassador who embodies our mission while bringing families closer together. This role brings fun, authenticity, collaboration, creativity, and genuine hospitality to our guests.

Location: Pigeon Forge, TN. Salary: $15.00–$17.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction, providing guest excellence that exceeds expectations.

Effectively use empowerment to ensure Dollywood’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented.

React calmly and quickly in stressful/emergency situations, physically assisting guests throughout the area as required.

Perform as a Parking Facilitator, including:

Consistently observe areas of responsibility to ensure smooth flow of traffic.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail, keeping areas clear of debris and professionally presented.

Assist in placement of cones, barricades, and directional signage as directed.

Direct traffic into designated parking lots safely and efficiently using clear hand signals.

Complete daily written reports and submit necessary paperwork to Parking PIC.

Maintain a sense of urgency to reduce guest wait time.

Assist with other parking areas as needed or requested by Management.

Wear and maintain a themed costume issued by Dollywood.

Operate vehicles/work each position in all weather conditions.

Perform special projects as directed by Management.

Attend all required training classes and meetings.

Comply with safety and security directives, policies, and procedures to ensure hosts/guests safety.

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Follow all safety standards, including reporting any violations.

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Basic computer skills.

May be required to provide a copy of personal driving record from home state.

Must have less than three (3) traffic violations on record in the last three (3) years.

Must not have a DUI conviction in the past 15 years.

Applicants for positions that involve driving guests or hosts must pass a post‑offer vision test that complies with DOT requirements.

Must successfully complete a pre‑employment background check, including motor vehicle and drug screen.

Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
