Overview The Senior Global Compensation Analyst supports the total rewards team with analytical expertise in compensation structure design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance. The role involves project leadership, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure the organization maintains competitive and equitable pay.
Responsibilities
Support the annual design, update, and rollout of compensation structures (job leveling and wage ranges) for AIT US & global locations.
Provide market analysis, salary equity reviews, and recommendations for pay decisions in partnership with Talent Managers.
Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs including salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
Evaluate and refine job descriptions, assess FLSA exemption classifications, and recommend appropriate salary ranges.
Lead compensation‑related technology projects, including market pricing systems and job description platforms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee compensation‑related reporting and audits.
Perform annual and ad‑hoc compensation analyses and benchmark against national and global data.
Monitor industry trends, wage regulations, and HR best practices to enhance pay strategy.
Model complex compensation plans, conduct scenario analyses, and assess plan effectiveness.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and career path documents summarizing compensation analytics.
Advise managers and HR leaders on compliance, pay equity, and classification issues.
Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and addressing escalations.
Mentor team members and complete workflows when needed.
Facilitate salary survey submissions and complete other assigned duties.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (Required)
Experience
8+ years in compensation at a high‑growth company, administering broad‑based compensation for exempt and non‑exempt roles (Required)
8+ years leading compensation architecture design, including job leveling and wage range development (Required)
4+ years of global compensation administration (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills (High)
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills (High)
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) (High)
Project management and prioritization abilities (High)
Attention to detail and accuracy (High)
Understanding of benefits and compensation practices (High)
Experience with HCM systems and compensation benchmarking tools (High)
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects (Medium)
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred (within 1‑1½ years)
