Overview The Global Compensation Lead will effectively lead and oversee a team of compensation professionals, managing and enhancing global compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent. The role combines technical expertise in compensation practices with strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performance compensation team.

Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure timely, accurate completion of compensation projects.

Oversee administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs across multiple regions.

Provide recommendations and actionable insights to leadership on policy and program enhancements.

Ensure alignment of policies with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to align compensation with business goals.

Maintain compliance with local laws, regulations, and company standards.

Evaluate job descriptions, analyze market data, and recommend adjustments for FLSA classifications and salary ranges.

Analyze internal metrics to review market adjustments, promotions, and new hire offers; recommend competitive, equitable pay decisions.

Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, project updates, and team performance.

Support organizational change initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters.

Identify opportunities to improve compensation tools, systems, and processes.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance compensation programs.

Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Required).

Experience

5+ years in compensation management (Required).

2+ years in a leadership role within compensation (Required).

1+ year in global compensation management (Preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of global compensation principles, market trends, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency with market analysis tools, salary surveys, and benchmarking.

Awareness of organizational structures and alignment of compensation strategies.

Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication for recommendations and stakeholder collaboration.

Project management skills for simultaneous delivery.

Data interpretation and trend identification for actionable insights.

Compliance knowledge across regions.

Proficiency in HRIS, compensation software, and advanced Excel.
