Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Controller will manage and maintain inventory records to ensure accurate reporting and valuation
Establish, update, and monitor cost standards to reflect current production and material costs
Maintain rolling standards to support continuous cost accuracy and forecasting
Conduct and reconcile cycle counts to ensure proper inventory control
Analyze and report on manufacturing cost variances, identifying cost drivers and supporting reduction initiatives
Develop, maintain, and monitor overhead rates to ensure accurate allocation of indirect costs to products and departments
Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities
Assist with month‑end close, reporting, and audit support related to inventory and cost accounting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong manufacturing accounting background
Experience with Epicor 10, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor ERP (or similar ERP systems)
Expertise in inventory, cost standards, rolling standards, cycle counts, manufacturing cost variances, and overhead rates
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other analytical functions
Proven ability to analyze data, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations
