Primary Responsibilities

Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions Conduct outbound calls using lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit products Educate customers on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to simplify banking Provide a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed Own and resolve customer issues Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals Follow bank processes and regulatory requirements; assist in managing operational risks This position tracks hours in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is incentive eligible and requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). For more information, refer to the NMLS registry. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels Proficiency with computers, typing, and sustained monitor attention Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Preferences

Bachelor’s degree Life Insurance License One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience Skills And Competencies

Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to oversee large sums of cash Excellent relationship-building skills Strong communication and customer focus Position Type

Full-time Compensation Details

Pay ranges are based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area market and position level. Pay varies by experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, location, and performance. Minimum Job Range Target: $44,621.78 USD Median: $53,030.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: Eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
