Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - San Antonio Area Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor to join our team in the San Antonio Area. This role is part of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I program, focusing on building client relationships and delivering solutions through BofA and Merrill.

Job Description As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught foundational advisory skills, from building and managing client relationships to guiding clients through complex financial scenarios. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of Stage I leads to progression to Stage II, where you continue to deepen client relationships and advance within BofA and Merrill.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. You must register and complete the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.

Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Bi‑lingual Spanish speaking.
