We’re seeking a
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
to support our Corporate FP&A function. In this role, you’ll help drive financial insights that improve performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making across the business.
This position reports directly to the
Corporate FP&A Business Partner
and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
What You’ll Do
Support financial planning and analysis across
Sales & Marketing
and
Manufacturing
functions
Deliver
forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
for full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Partner with teams to optimize
Working Capital
(inventory, receivables, payables)
Support
CAPEX planning and tracking , ensuring alignment with ROI and strategic goals
Develop and maintain
financial models
for scenario planning and investment decisions
Evaluate
promotional effectiveness, pricing strategies, and manufacturing efficiencies
Provide
data-driven insights
to support decision-making across the organization
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies
Continuously improve FP&A tools and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
What We’re Looking For Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years
of demonstrated FP&A and/or accounting experience
Strong
accounting knowledge (US GAAP; IFRS a plus)
Proven
financial and strategic acumen
— ability to turn analysis into action
Strong
collaboration and influence
across departments
Operates with
speed, focus, and accuracy ; thrives in ambiguity
Proficient with
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience with
enterprise systems
(SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite)
Familiarity with
corporate planning tools
(SAP BPC, SAP Cloud Analytics, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan)
