A prestigious, global hedge fund is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support their growing Campus Recruitment team in a dynamic operations and support position. You’ll help us achieve our mission to hire top talent by facilitating a seamless recruiting experience and serving as an air traffic controller for the campus community.
Location:
In office 2 days/week in Midtown NYC, 3 days work from home.
2 days/month will be based in the Fairfield County, CT office (transportation provided).
Salary commensurate with experience: $70-110k base range + discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package
Hours:
8:30am-6pm with flexibility for busy times
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Recruiting Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
Partnering with the Campus Recruitment Talent team to help create the best ways to find, attract, and assess talent
Engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through strong written and verbal communication skills
Handle extensive interview scheduling and coordination while organizing multiple streams of information
Tracking candidate data and event metrics
Building cross-departmental relationships
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience, open to a recent college graduate with strong internships and an interest in recruitment operations
A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
