The

HR Generalist

is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources working with both manufacturing and corporate employees. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies and practices, fosters employee engagement, and promotes a positive company culture. The HR Generalist partners with leaders and employees to support talent acquisition, employee relations, training, performance management, and community engagement initiatives, including company charitable and volunteer events.

What You’ll Do Employee Relations & HR Support

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR support.

Promote positive employee relations and ensure consistent communication between management and employees.

Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for employee issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Coordinate and support the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process for both hourly and salaried roles.

Partner with hiring managers to develop job postings and interview strategies.

Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and operations.

Performance Management & Training

Support managers in the performance review and goal‑setting processes.

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Develop and coordinate employee engagement programs for both plant and office employees.

Lead company recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and morale‑boosting events.

Collect and analyze employee feedback to drive engagement and retention improvements.

HR Administration & Reporting

Maintain HRIS data accuracy and prepare HR‑related reports.

Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.

Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and policy updates.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally supporting both manufacturing and office employees.

Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience planning employee engagement or community events preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
