Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities
Respond to telephone inquiries.
Interview prospective residents.
Conduct site tours.
Prepare and complete lease paperwork.
Enter data into the system.
Take prospects from traffic to resident.
Maintain closing ratios.
Collect rental deposits.
Process all rental paperwork.
Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition.
Manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions.
Qualifications
College degree (preferred but not required).
1‑3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
Outstanding communication skills.
Proficiency with MRI, Yardi, or Nexus software.
Sales aptitude.
Professional appearance.
Ability to work weekends.
