Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on support to the Property Manager during all new lease‑up phases, ensuring smooth operations, timely execution of tasks, and a successful community launch.
Take prospects from traffic to residents.
Maintain closing ratios.
Collect rental deposits.
Process all rental paperwork.
Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition.
Help manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
Qualifications
A college degree (preferred but not required).
1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with industry software (MRI, Yardi, Nexus preferred).
Sales aptitude.
Sharp and professional appearance.
Consistent weekend availability – weekend shifts are mandatory.
