Ingest, clean, transform, and enrich cloud billing, usage, license, and carbon/sustainability data; integrate with other business data.

Define, implement, and maintain dashboards and visual reports for multiple personas to understand spend, utilization, waste, trends, forecasts, and anomalies.

Work with tagging/metadata strategy to ensure cost allocation is accurate; help ensure tagging compliance and correction logic.

Create forecasts & variance reporting for cloud spend; surface deviations (budgets vs actuals), highlight overspending, identify optimization opportunities.

Build alerting, anomaly detection, and trend monitoring into dashboard/reporting tools.

Enable self‑service reporting where feasible.

Collaborate closely with FinOps practitioners, engineering, finance, procurement, product, and other stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability—manage upstream dependencies.

Implement best practices for performance, scalability, data latency, and maintain documentation of metrics definitions.

Stay current on cloud billing models, FinOps standards, emerging practices in cost transparency and sustainability.
