Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time Corporate Contracts Specialist in our Raleigh, NC location. Job Summary: The Corporate Contracts Specialist will support the administration department of Tower Engineering Professionals handling both vendor and customer reviews as well as internal company matters.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Vendor Onboarding
NDA review and markup
Contract review and markup
Insurance review
Manage the onboarding process from start to finish and confirm compliance with Company requirements.
Customer Onboarding
NDA review and markup
Contract review and markup
Insurance COI request per the contract documents and submittal.
Facilitate additional onboarding documents by working with operations and safety to streamline the process for Customer approval.
Office Leases
Oversee and manage the paperwork associated with ~40 leases across North America.
Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and our third-party real estate broker to facilitate locating new locations, sub-leasing, extending, or terminating current leases.
Review leases and work with our third-party real estate broker to negotiate favorable terms.
Miscellaneous
Potential to assist with employee and corporate matters related to acquisitions, licensing, and company growth.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in legal studies, paralegal, business administration, or a related field is required. A paralegal certificate or law degree is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a contracts-focused role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or telecommunications industries. Specific experience with upstream and downstream contracts for wireless, fiber, or broadband deployment projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of contract law, terminology, and best practices.
Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Proficiency with Google Suite.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
