Overview
Associate Property Manager – 6-month contract opportunity paying up to $25/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Work-from-home equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all property-related activities within an assigned portfolio.
Coordinate with internal operations, legal, finance, and real estate teams to resolve property issues efficiently.
Manage and track inquiries from property owners, ensuring timely resolutions.
Oversee lease administration processes, including renewals, terminations, and ownership changes.
Maintain accurate property records and case tracking within Salesforce.
Foster positive, long-term relationships with property owners and their representatives.
Ensure that all property management decisions align with company goals and financial interests.
Assist with project planning, execution, and other property-related initiatives as assigned.
Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of experience in property management (telecommunications industry experience a plus).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality customer service.
Familiarity with real estate leases, contracts, and related documentation preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative working style.
