Paralegal Wanted at The Stano Law Firm. We’re a growing Personal Injury law firm looking for a Paralegal to assist our litigation department. The role includes filing documents with courts, monitoring and maintaining the attorney’s litigation schedule and calendar, coordinating discovery with clients, drafting discovery responses, updating clients, corresponding with opposing counsel regarding deposition and mediation dates, producing deposition notebooks and trial materials, and maintaining discovery production logs. Responsibilities
File documents with the various courts Monitor and maintain assigned attorney’s litigation schedule Calendar deadlines Coordinate discovery answers with clients and draft responses Update clients on a continual basis Assist litigation staff for trial Prepare attorney binders for hearings, mediation, and depositions Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience as a paralegal or in another legal field Associate degree (minimum) Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline- and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation experience What We Offer
