About the Role
The Junior Data Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You’ll collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst who enjoys solving problems, working cross-functionally, and turning data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to support business and financial decisions. Extract, transform, and analyze data using
SQL
and develop reports and dashboards with
Power BI
(or similar BI tools). Design, implement, and maintain
ETL processes
to automate and streamline reporting workflows. Partner with teams across
Finance, Compliance, and Operations
to identify data needs and deliver analytical solutions. Ensure
data integrity and quality assurance
across systems; assist with audit support and data validation. Manage and maintain reporting environments, including data sources, permissions, and metadata. Support the
development and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse . Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science , or a related field. 0–2 years
of professional experience (internships or project-based experience welcome). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Advanced
Excel
skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis tools). Familiarity with
Power BI ,
Tableau , or other visualization platforms. Working knowledge of
SQL ; exposure to
Python ,
Alteryx , or other ETL tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data insights for non-technical audiences. Strong time management skills and a collaborative mindset.
