is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries accurately
Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
Analyze and review balance sheets and income statements
Collaborate with division accountants to verify operational charges
Maintain financial records in accordance with
GAAP
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
(required); MBA or CPA track is a plus
1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (internships count)
Strong understanding of
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Location & Schedule
Jacksonville, FL
(hybrid: 2–3 days in office, remainder remote)
Standard business hours, with flexibility as needed
